126 bits from me

OK weighed yesterday late morning as came home my friends as I have a throat and ear infection..fun...

I was 93 when i hopped on.

This morning I hopped on at the time i actually intend weighing myself, first thing in the morning and naked, after my first wee:)

I was 91.5kgs. that sounds better.

So will keep this up for a month to see how my body changes along the month.
